What Is A Popover?
A Popover is a light airy roll that’s a little crisp on the outside and has a semi-hollow center. Much larger than a standard dinner roll, Popovers are made from an egg batter which gives them a uniquely custardy flavor and their one-of-a-kind appearance. A cousin of the Yorkshire pudding and Dutch Baby, Popovers are generally found scattered across the east coast of the United States, or in Europe where they originate. We are proud to bring these delicious old-world gems and breathe some new life into them while introducing Popovers to a whole new audience.

Located in the heart of Hilo
Just 5min from the Hilo Airport (ITO), Popover’s restaurant opens its doors from Wednesday to Sunday. With selected coffee and treats at 5:30 am. Preorder pickup begins as early as 6 am. A late pickup may be available.
